Educators create individualised plans that consider children’s routines, interactions, and developmental stages. We actively involve parents and caregivers in this planning, valuing their insights to help refine and enhance our educational programs for holistic development.
We regularly monitor and track each child’s progress, reviewing outcomes to update their learning records. This ongoing assessment ensures we can adapt our approaches to meet each child's evolving needs, supporting their growth over time.
