Casual Educator

As a Casual Educator with us, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work with children across different age ranges and programs. This role offers a dynamic and enriching experience, making it an excellent choice for those seeking adaptable work hours and a stimulating work environment.

Permanent Educator

As a Permanent Educator at Angels Early Learning, you’ll be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering our top-notch curriculum, building strong relationships with families, and offering consistent updates on children’s progress. Lead Educator

Educational Leader

Collaborating closely with the Centre Director and Director-in-Training, you’ll help implement our curriculum, cultivate exceptional learning environments, and drive positive educational results for all children.

Centre Manager

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff management, budget administration, and communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team and ensure the highest quality of care and education. Your role will be vital in creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for children and families while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Early Childhood Educator

  • Oversee the delivery of our dynamic curriculum in your dedicated classroom.
  • Play a pivotal role in creating a captivating and nurturing learning environment.
  • Collaborate closely with families to understand and support each child’s unique needs and interests.

Educational Leader

  • Qualifications & Experience Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA). Valid VIT Registration, experience working with children with a wide range of diverse needs. Team player, Enthusiastic with right to work in Australia.
  • Educational Program Development: Ability to develop and implement a high-quality educational program reflecting the diverse nature of the centre, local and wider community, based on curriculum frameworks

Room Leader

  • Oversee the delivery of our dynamic curriculum in your dedicated classroom.
  • Play a pivotal role in creating a captivating and nurturing learning environment.
  • Collaborate closely with families to understand and support each child’s unique needs and interests.

Certificate III or Diploma Traineeship

If you love working with children and want to earn while pursuing your qualification, our Early Childhood Traineeship is a great fit. Director-in-Training (Assistant Director)

As a Director-in-Training, you’ll immerse yourself in the operations of a Childcare Centre, learning directly from the Centre Director. You’ll assist with daily management tasks, support staff, build connections with families, and handle administrative duties. This position is tailored to prepare you for a future role as a Centre Director by providing valuable hands-on experience.

Centre Director

As Centre Director, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of your Centre’s operations. You’ll be the primary contact with the Angels Support Office, ensuring adherence to company policies while implementing initiatives to boost the Centre’s effectiveness. Your role will be essential in cultivating a supportive and enriching environment for both employees and children, driving overall success and excellence.

Certificate III or Diploma Traineeship
